Alpine Ridge Electric

Alpine Ridge Electric is a small, locally owned electrical company based in McCall, Idaho. My name is Porter Smith. I grew up in southeast Idaho before eventually making McCall home.

Over the past six years working in the electrical trade, I’ve learned many things, but the most important is the value of quality workmanship. Too often I’ve seen larger companies present themselves well, only to charge customers unreasonable prices while delivering electrical work that doesn’t hold up over time.

My goal as both an owner and tradesman is simple: provide fair pricing and complete electrical work that is built to last — not just for a year or two, but for a lifetime. Just as important is building lasting relationships with clients, something that seems to have taken a backseat to profit in many industries over the past couple of decades.

Small towns like McCall are built on trust and strong community relationships. That’s exactly what Alpine Ridge Electric is built on as well. My goal is to work alongside homeowners, businesses, and builders to find the right electrical solutions and deliver results that go beyond expectations.
